We live in a very special part of the world and so many of our events celebrate that. We love to get together and have some fun as a church family, so watch for events through the year such as:
4-wheel driving trips, church picnics, bike rides, walks AND for the very brave at heart, the annual mid-winter Polar Plunge
We also look to practice hospitality and invite others into our homes, so look out for the Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner evening
We love to open the doors to the people of the Upper Clutha region whether permanent residents or here for a season. Be ready when we call for volunteers for:
The Annual Quiz Night, our Halloween alternative Angels and Heroes Party on October 31st – a night of fun, games and food in a safe environment and the Ski Workers Dinners every fortnight during the ski season when those far away from home working on our skifields are welcomed for a free home cooked meal
We all like to belong and small groups are a great place to start. If you want to really get to know people, grow in faith together, pray for each other and build one another up, then joining a small group may be the answer.
We have a wide range of options for men and women; younger, older or somewhere in between!
See the calendar for days and times and for further information or help in selecting the ‘right’ group for you contact Ian Hyslop
We are a kid friendly church and cater for children of all ages from babies, schools children, youth and young adults.
‘mainly music’ is our ministry (in partnership with other Wanaka churches) to pre-schoolers and their families in the wider community during the school term.
